Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

International Scope Estimating provides professional construction estimating and quantity takeoff services. As our services are customized and delivered digitally based on each client's specific project requirements, traditional product returns do not apply.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• The project has been cancelled before work has commenced.

• A duplicate payment was made in error.

• A billing error occurred.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be provided once:

• Work has started on a project.

• Estimating or takeoff services have been completed and delivered.

• Project documents, reports, or deliverables have been provided to the client.

Project Revisions

If a client believes there is an issue with the delivered work, we encourage them to contact us. Reasonable revisions may be provided where appropriate and agreed upon.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with details of the project and reason for the request. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
